AAI was incorporated with the objective of merging International Airport Authority of India and National Airports Authority into one Corporation and accelerating the integrated development, expansion and modernization of the airports in India of international standards. It is a Schedule ‘A’ CPSE in Transportation Services sector under the administrative control of Ministry of Civil Aviation. Its Registered and Corporate offices are at New Delhi. The shareholding of the Government of India in the AAI is 100%. The Capital Account of AAI is Rs. 656.56 crores as on 31.01.2013.
JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Member (HR) shall be a Member of Board of AAI and shall report to Chairman. He shall be overall in-charge of co-ordinating and implementing personnel and industrial relations policies, management functions, administrative control etc. in the organization. He is expected to play a leadership role and provide effective support in achieving sustained growth of the organization’s business.

ELIGIBILITY :
  1. AGE: On the date of occurrence of vacancy  Minimum 45 years. (ii) Not more than 58 years for internal candidates and not more than 57 years for others.The age of superannuation is 60 years.
  2. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
    1. The incumbent should be a graduate with good academic record from a recognized university with at least two years cumulative experience during the last ten years at a senior level in various aspects of personnel management and industrial relations in an organization of repute.
    2. Persons with Post Graduate degree/diploma in Personnel Management or MBA with specialization in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations as an elective subject from a recognized university or institute or degree in law or industrial engineering will have an added advantage.
    3. Provided that minimum qualification is relaxable in the case of internal candidates and Government officers with relevant and adequate background and experience.
  3. PAY SCALE: Rs. 75,000-1,00,000/- (revised)
  4. The minimum length of service required in the eligible scale will be one year for internal candidates, and two years for others as on the date of vacancy.
  5. Government Officers Government officers of the level of Joint Secretary in Govt. of India or on equivalent scale of pay or Major General in the Army or equivalent rank in Navy/Air Force, on the date of application will be eligible for consideration on immediate absorption basis.
  6. DURATION OF APPOINTMENT : The appointment shall be for a period of five years or upto the date of superannuation whichever is earlier.

Pay & Perks
  1. Selected candidates against Grade A positions will be placed in the pay – scale of Rs. 24,900/- – Rs. 50,500/- and will draw monthly remuneration of Rs. 46189/- p.m (Basic Rs. 24,900 + DA Rs. 21,289/- (current DA) on IDA pattern).
  2. Selected candidates against Grade A0 positions will be placed in the pay – scale of Rs. 20,600/- – 46,500/- and will draw monthly remuneration of Rs. 38213/- p.m (Basic Rs. 20,600 + DA Rs. 17,613/- (current DA on IDA pattern).
  3. Other allowances / benefits include HRA / subsidized housing accommodation (depending) upon place of posting), medical facilities, performance related pay, Gratuity, contributory Provident Fund, Employees’ Pension Scheme, Group Personal Accident Insurance Scheme, Leave encashment, Leave Travel Concession, (LTC) / LFA, contributory uperannuation Benefit Fund Scheme, Conveyance Advance / Maintenance reimbursement, Performance related Incentive (PRP), etc. as per rules of the Corporation. SELECTION PROCEDURE :
Selection will be through written test (on-line) and/or interview. Merely satisfying the eligibility norms do not entitles a candidate to be called for Test  or Interview. The written test shall comprise of the following tests :Reasoning ,English Language , Quantitative Aptitude ,Professional
The above tests except the Test of English Language will be available bilingually,i.e. in English and Hindi.Other detailed information regarding the written examination will be given in an Information Handout, which will be made available for the candidates to download along with the call letters from the IBPS/ Bank’s website.
Application Fee / Intimation/ Postal Charges (Non-refundable):
  1. SC/ST/PWD category candidates : Rs 50/- per candidate(only intimation charges)
  2. General/OBC/EXSM category  candidates : Rs 400/- per candidate
HOW TO APPLY:
  1. Candidates can apply online only and no other mode of application will be accepted.
  2. Candidates have the option of making the payment of requisite fees/ intimation charges either through the ONLINE mode or the OFFLINE mode:Application Fees/ Intimation Charges [Payable from 28.1.2014 to 11.2.2014 (Online payment) and 30.01.2014 to 13.02.2014 (Offline payment) both dates inclusive]- Rs. 50/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates.- Rs. 400 /- for General/ OBC/EXSM candidates
  3. Before applying online, candidates should :
    1. Scan their photograph and signature ensuring that both the photograph and signature adhere to the required specifications as given in this Advertisement.
    2. If desiring to make Online Payment of the requisite application fee/intimation charges keep the necessary details/documents ready (In case of Offline Payment i.e. CBS candidates have to apply online, obtain a fee payment challan and then remit the necessary application fees/ intimation charges).
    3. Have a valid personal email ID, which should be kept active for this round of recruitment. Bank may send call letters for the Examination etc. through the registered e-mail ID. Under no circumstances, a candidate should share with/mention e-mail ID to / of any other person. In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID before applying on-line and must maintain that email account.
Procedure for applying online:
  1. Candidates are first required to go to the Bank’s website www.pnbindia.in-Link-recruitment- and open the On-Line Application Form.
  2. Candidates should carefully fill in the details in the On-Line Application at the appropriate places very carefully including upload the photograph and signature and click on the “SUBMIT” button at the end of the On Line Application format. Before pressing the “SUBMIT” button, candidates are advised to verify every field filled in the application. Any change/alteration found may disqualify the candidature.
  3. In case the candidate is unable to fill in the application form in one go,he/ she can save the data already entered. When the data is saved, a provisional registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Provisional registration number and password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent. They can reopen the saved data using Provisional registration number and password and edit the particulars, if needed. This facility will be available for three times only. Once the application is filled in completely, candidate should submit the data. No change/edit will be allowed after submission.
Mode of Payment:
  1. Payment of fees/ intimation charges via the ONLINE MODE. The application form is integrated with the payment gateway and the payment process can be completed by following the instructions.
  2. The payment can be made by using only Master/ Visa Debit or Credit cards or Internet Banking by providing information as asked on the screen.
  3. If the online transaction has been successfully completed a Registration Number and Password will be generated. Candidates should note their Registration Number and Password for future reference. If the online transaction has not been successfullycompleted then the following message is displayed ‘Your online transaction was unsuccessful. Please register again’ Candidates may then revisit the ‘Apply Online’ link and fill in their application details again.
  4. On successful completion of the transaction, an e-receipt will be generated. Candidates are required to take a printout .
Payment of fees/ intimation charges via OFFLINE MODE (at counters of PNB branches):
  1. Payment of fee/ intimation charges through the offline mode can be made through the CBS branches of Punjab National Bank-
  2. After filling in and pressing the “SUBMIT” button in the online application form, a Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Registration Number and Password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent.
  3. Candidates should take a printout of the system generated fee payment challan immediately
  4. The registration at this stage is provisional.Fee Payment: Fee payment will be accepted at the CBS branches of PNB from 2nd working day after registration and can be made within three working days. System generated fee payment challan will be used for depositing fee. (For example: If one has registered on01.02.2014 then he/she will be able to deposit the fee from 04.02.2014 to 06.02.2014 considering 02.02.2014 is a non- working day). Once fee has been paid, the registration process is completed. Candidate will receive registration confirmation by SMS/e-mail after two working days from the date of payment of fees/ intimation charges. Please ensure to furnish correct Mobile number / e-mail address to receive the registration confirmation.
  5. There is also a provision to reprint the submitted application containing fee details, three days after fee payment.
